Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your CopDrop account and your data at any time. Here's how, and what happens. Company: Major Solutions. Contact: support@majorsolutions.info.

How to delete your account

In the app (fastest):

• Open CopDrop → Settings → Account actions.
• Tap Delete account & data.
• Confirm. Your account and data are scheduled for deletion.

On the web (if you can't use the app):

• Email support@majorsolutions.info from the email on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We may ask you to verify it's you before we delete.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, including:

• Your profile and account info (name, email, phone).
• Your Trusted Circle contacts.
• Your incident records, location history, and media you captured.
• Associated data in our systems, including backups, within 30 days.

What may be kept, and why

A few limited things may be retained where the law requires or allows, even after deletion:

• Records under a legal hold or required to be kept by law.
• Opt-out / STOP suppression records needed so we continue to honor a text-message opt-out.
• De-identified or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
• Basic transaction/security logs for a limited period.

Things we can't undo

• Alerts already delivered to your Trusted Circle (texts, emails, or a viewed Incident Page) were sent to those people and cannot be recalled by us.
• Records you exported and saved yourself are in your control, not ours.

Timeframe

Deletion is processed within 30 days of your confirmed request. If anything requires longer for a legal reason, we'll tell you.
