Terms of Service

Effective date: July 20, 2026 · Major Solutions
CopDrop is not an emergency service, a security service, or a replacement for 911 or any emergency responder. It does not summon police, medical, or fire response. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

By creating an account or using CopDrop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use CopDrop. Company: Major Solutions ("we," "us," "our"). Contact: support@majorsolutions.info.

1. CopDrop is not 911

CopDrop is a tool that attempts to notify the people you choose, shares available location, and helps preserve a record. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered, that anyone will see or act on them, that location will be accurate or available, or that any recording will succeed. Delivery depends on things outside our control — signal, carriers, device state, third-party services, and your recipients.

2. Who can use CopDrop

You must be 18 or older and located in the United States. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your Trusted Circle — and permission to contact them

CopDrop lets you choose people ("Trusted Circle") to be alerted during an incident. You represent that you have each person's permission to have CopDrop contact them by text, email, and/or push on your behalf. You will not add anyone who has not agreed, and you will remove anyone who asks. Recipients can opt out (reply STOP).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

You are responsible for using CopDrop lawfully, including any laws about recording audio or video where you are.

5. Your content and records

6. Our intellectual property

CopDrop — including the name, the C.O.P. / D.R.O.P. system, the app, designs, and all related IP — is owned by Major Solutions. These Terms do not give you any rights in our IP except to use the app as intended.

7. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it.

8. Disclaimers

CopDrop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We specifically do not warrant that alerts will be delivered, that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that it will keep you safe or prevent harm.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Major Solutions and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from failed or delayed alerts, unavailable or inaccurate location, failed recording, or reliance on the app in an emergency.

10. Indemnification

You agree to cover claims arising from your misuse of CopDrop, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your contacting people without their permission, to the extent allowed by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end accounts that misuse the service, create false emergencies, or violate these Terms. You may stop using CopDrop and delete your account at any time.

12. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use CopDrop after changes means you accept them.
